These Terms of Service apply to all use of the Treasure Vault website and all purchases made through it. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any policies incorporated into them.

About Treasure Vault
Treasure Vault operates an online retail store offering trading card game products, collectibles and related items.
References to “we”, “us” or “our” refer to Treasure Vault. References to “you” or “customer” refer to any user of this website or purchaser of our products.

Use of Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not damage, disrupt, interfere with, compromise or misuse the website, its systems, security, content or other users.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, interfere with its operation, use automated methods to circumvent purchasing restrictions, engage in fraudulent activity or otherwise misuse our services.
We may reasonably restrict or terminate access where misuse, suspected fraud, security risks or unlawful activity are identified.

Product Information
We take reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, images, pricing, availability and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
Product images may be illustrative and minor variations in packaging, artwork, colour, manufacturing presentation or product appearance may occur.
For unreleased or pre-order products, images and specifications may be based on preliminary information supplied by manufacturers, distributors or suppliers and may be updated before release.
We may correct genuine errors or update product information where reasonably necessary.
Nothing in this section limits any rights available under Australian Consumer Law where a product is materially different from its description or representation.

Orders and Acceptance
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products selected at the price displayed at checkout, subject to these Terms and our applicable policies.
Orders are subject to payment verification, stock availability, purchasing limits, fraud screening and other reasonable validation checks.
Treasure Vault may cancel, refuse or adjust an order where reasonably necessary due to circumstances including:
• stock being unavailable or supplier allocations being reduced or cancelled;
• a genuine pricing, inventory or listing error;
• payment failure or inability to verify payment;
• suspected fraud, unauthorised transactions or misuse of the website;
• attempts to circumvent disclosed quantity or purchasing limits;
• duplicate or automated orders reasonably believed to breach purchasing restrictions;
• a manufacturer, distributor or supplier being unable to provide the relevant product; or
• an event outside our reasonable control that prevents us from supplying the order as agreed.
Where Treasure Vault cancels any paid product or quantity that will not be supplied, the amount paid for that product or quantity will be refunded to the original payment method.
Nothing in this section gives Treasure Vault an unrestricted right to cancel orders or limits any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated and include GST where applicable.
Prices may be changed for future purchases at any time. A subsequent increase or decrease in the price or market value of a product does not change the price of an order already placed, except where there has been a genuine pricing or listing error.
Sales, promotions and discount codes apply only to orders placed while they are running and are not applied retrospectively to orders already placed. A later price reduction, sale or discount code is not, on its own, a reason to cancel an order already placed or to refund the difference.
Payment must be received in full unless another payment arrangement is expressly offered at checkout.
Payments are processed through Shopify Payments and other supported payment providers. Treasure Vault does not store complete payment card details.
Where an obvious or genuine pricing error has occurred, we may contact you to offer the option of purchasing the product at the correct price or cancelling the affected product for a full refund.

Product Availability
Stock availability displayed on the website is provided in good faith but may occasionally be affected by inventory discrepancies, simultaneous purchases, supplier changes, damaged incoming stock or technical errors.
Products shown as in stock are products Treasure Vault reasonably expects to be available for fulfilment within the stated processing timeframe. Depending on the product, fulfilment may be from stock held directly by Treasure Vault or stock available to us through our established suppliers, distributors, retailers or other sourcing channels.
Where we are unable to supply a paid product, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a refund or replacement where available and appropriate.
Treasure Vault will not knowingly accept payment for products that we do not intend to supply.

Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped in accordance with our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
In stock orders are generally processed within 1 to 5 business days unless otherwise stated. Different processing arrangements apply to pre-order products.
Delivery timeframes provided by Treasure Vault or a carrier are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, public holidays, weather events, launch periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where a shipment is delayed, lost, damaged or otherwise affected during delivery, the matter will be assessed in accordance with our Shipping Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any responsibility or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, exchanges, faulty products, packaging condition and change of mind requests are handled in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy.
The Refunds & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.
Treasure Vault does not generally offer returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind. This does not affect any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

Pre-Orders
Products identified as pre-order items are governed by our Pre-order Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.
Pre-order products are subject to estimated release dates, supplier and distributor availability, stock allocations, manufacturing schedules and other factors that may change before release.
Release and arrival dates are provided in good faith using the information reasonably available to Treasure Vault at the time and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.
Supplier or distributor stock may arrive after an advertised release date. Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, customers should allow up to 14 calendar days after the advertised release date for pre-order stock to arrive and affected orders to be processed for fulfilment. This is a maximum allowance for affected orders, not the standard wait.
Once relevant pre-order stock has been received and is available for fulfilment, orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1 to 5 business days.
Pre-order purchases are considered firm purchase commitments and are not generally eligible for cancellation due to change of mind, including changes in our selling price or market value, a later sale or discount code, or a customer finding the product elsewhere.
Where Treasure Vault is unable to supply all or part of a paid pre-order, the affected amount will be refunded in accordance with our Pre-order Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

Order Limits and Fair Purchasing
Treasure Vault may apply reasonable purchasing limits to limited, high-demand or allocated products.
Limits may apply per customer, account, household, payment method, delivery address or other reasonable identifying factor.
Where we reasonably determine that orders have been placed to circumvent disclosed purchasing limits or interfere with fair access to limited stock, affected quantities may be reduced or cancelled.
Any paid quantity cancelled by Treasure Vault and not supplied will be refunded.

Product Condition
Unless otherwise stated, products are supplied in new condition.
Some collectible products are factory sealed, while others may not be sealed depending on the product and how it is manufactured or distributed.
Minor cosmetic packaging variations or imperfections may occur during manufacturing, distribution, handling or transit and will be assessed in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy, Condition Statement and Australian Consumer Law.

Authenticity
Treasure Vault stands behind the authenticity of the products we sell.
Products are sourced through suppliers, distributors, retailers and secondary market sources that we reasonably believe to be legitimate.
Authenticity matters are governed by our Authenticity Guarantee and any rights available under Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website content created by Treasure Vault, including original text, branding, logos, graphics, layouts and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Treasure Vault and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Third-party trademarks, product names, logos, images and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, modify or use Treasure Vault's proprietary content without permission except where permitted by law.

Website Availability
We aim to keep the website available and functioning correctly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
The website may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, security incidents, third-party services, upgrades or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue website features where reasonably necessary.

Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any liability, consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
To the extent permitted by law, Treasure Vault is not responsible for loss or damage arising solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control or from a customer's unlawful, improper or unauthorised use of the website.
Any limitation of liability in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by law.

Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information when placing an order, including contact, payment and delivery details.
Customers are also responsible for reviewing product descriptions, quantities, prices, release information and applicable policies before completing a purchase.
Treasure Vault is not responsible for issues caused solely by inaccurate information supplied by the customer, except to the extent otherwise required by law.

Misuse and Fraud
Treasure Vault may take reasonable steps to protect the business, customers and website from fraud, chargeback abuse, automated purchasing, unauthorised transactions, account misuse or other suspicious activity.
This may include requesting additional verification, limiting transactions, withholding dispatch while reasonable verification occurs, or cancelling an affected order where reasonably necessary.
Where a legitimate paid order is cancelled and no product will be supplied, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.
By using the website or placing an order, you acknowledge that information may be collected and processed as reasonably necessary to provide our services, process payments, fulfil orders, prevent fraud and communicate with customers.

Third-party Services
Our website may rely on or contain links to third-party services including Shopify, payment providers, shipping providers and other external platforms.
Treasure Vault is not responsible for the independent content, policies, availability or operation of third-party websites or services, except to the extent otherwise required by law.

Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for loss or damage reasonably incurred by Treasure Vault as a direct result of your unlawful, fraudulent or intentional misuse of the website or material breach of these Terms.
This section does not require you to indemnify Treasure Vault for loss caused by Treasure Vault's own negligence, breach, unlawful conduct or failure to comply with Australian Consumer Law.

Changes to These Terms
Treasure Vault may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, policies, legal requirements or operating practices.
Updated Terms will apply from the date they are published to future website use and future purchases.
Unless required by law or agreed with the customer, changes to these Terms will not retrospectively alter the material terms of an order already placed.

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply where legally possible.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Australia and, where relevant, the State or Territory in which Treasure Vault operates.
Nothing in this section limits any jurisdictional rights available to consumers under applicable law.
