This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with Treasure Vault.

Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $200 AUD, as calculated at checkout.

Shipping Services
Orders are shipped via Australia Post using standard or express services, which are available at checkout where applicable.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Processing times may vary during peak periods, promotions, product launches, pre-orders, or public holidays.

Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once an order has been dispatched. Australia Post Standard delivery typically takes 2–6 business days, while Australia Post Express delivery typically takes 1–3 business days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and delivery destination.

Tracking
Tracking information is provided once an order has been dispatched so you can monitor delivery progress.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Treasure Vault is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Authority to Leave
Where Authority to Leave or safe drop is selected or applied, parcels may be left unattended in accordance with Australia Post delivery practices. Treasure Vault is not responsible for loss or theft occurring after delivery where Authority to Leave or safe drop has been applied.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If a parcel is delayed or does not arrive, Treasure Vault will assist with lodging an enquiry with Australia Post. Where a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit and has not been delivered, an appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which may include a replacement or refund. If tracking confirms delivery, including where Authority to Leave has been applied, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer. Each case is assessed on a reasonable basis.

Pre-Orders
Orders containing pre-order items will be dispatched once all items in the order are available, unless otherwise stated. Estimated release dates are subject to change.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
