Returns & Refunds
This Refunds and Returns Policy applies to all purchases made from Treasure Vault.
Change of Mind
To protect collectors and maintain product integrity, Treasure Vault does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. This includes situations where a customer orders an incorrect item, changes their preference, or no longer wishes to keep the product. Customers are encouraged to review product descriptions carefully before completing a purchase.
Product Condition and Use
Products are supplied in new condition unless otherwise stated. Some products are supplied factory-sealed, while others may not be sealed depending on the nature of the item. Products that have been opened, used, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund unless the product is faulty or does not meet the guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty or Misdescribed Products
Where a product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet acceptable quality standards under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to an appropriate remedy. For major failures, this may include a refund or replacement. For minor failures, Treasure Vault may choose to repair or replace the product in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Packaging and Cosmetic Variations
Minor cosmetic variations to packaging or appearance may occur as a result of manufacturing processes, handling, or transit. These variations do not constitute a fault where the product remains authentic, fit for purpose, and as described.
Assessment of Returns
If a return request is submitted, Treasure Vault may request proof of purchase and supporting information to assess the claim. Returned items may be inspected before a remedy is provided.
Shipping Costs
Where a return is accepted due to a fault covered under Australian Consumer Law, reasonable return shipping costs may be reimbursed. Shipping costs are not refundable for change-of-mind requests.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order purchases are subject to availability and release dates provided by suppliers. Release dates are estimates and may change due to factors outside of Treasure Vault’s control. Delays alone do not automatically entitle a customer to a refund unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Exclusions
This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow care instructions after delivery.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law. Consumers are entitled to guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable legislation.
