Treasure Vault sells genuine Pokémon TCG products. Sealed items are sold in their original manufacturer packaging unless a listing clearly states otherwise. Loose packs are sourced from genuine sealed Pokémon TCG product.

Stock may be sourced through suppliers, distributors, retailers and secondary-market sources that we reasonably believe to be legitimate. We inspect what we sell and stand behind the authenticity of the products supplied.

If something does not look right when your order arrives, contact us and we’ll review it with you. This guarantee does not limit your rights or remedies under Australian Consumer Law.
