Condition Statement

Unless a product listing says otherwise, products are sold in new condition. Sealed products can still show normal cosmetic wear from manufacturing, distribution, handling or transit.

Minor marks, light scuffs, small dents, corner wear or wrapping variations can occur even when a product is new, genuine and complete. If packaging condition is especially important to you, check any product-specific condition note before ordering.

Where a product listing specifically describes or shows packaging condition, that information forms part of the product description.
