Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and packed securely to protect product condition during transit. Standard delivery typically takes 2–6 business days, with express delivery available in 1–3 business days. Free shipping is available on all orders over $200.

Every product is 100% authentic and sourced from trusted, established suppliers. All Pokémon and One Piece items are genuine, officially licensed products. Sealed products are factory-sealed, and loose packs are sourced from authentic sealed product and handled with care.

To protect collectors and maintain product integrity, we do not offer change-of-mind returns on trading card products, including sealed items and loose packs. If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are fully protected under Australian Consumer Law. Message us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll sort it out promptly.
