Sealed products are kept factory-sealed from the moment they arrive from our suppliers through to packing and shipment. Loose packs are sourced from authentic sealed product, either opened in-house or supplied by trusted partners, and are handled carefully during storage and packing. Packs are never altered or manipulated in any way. While pull rates are never guaranteed, all products are sold as genuine trading card packs and handled with care to maintain condition and integrity.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and packed securely to protect product condition during transit. Shipping times vary by method, with standard shipping typically taking 2–6 business days and express shipping taking 1–3 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over $200. All items, including sealed products and loose packs, are handled and packed with care to help ensure they arrive in clean, well-protected, and near-mint to mint condition.

To protect collectors and maintain product integrity, we do not offer change-of-mind returns on trading card products, including sealed items and loose packs.
